According to Variety, rumors that a "300" follow up film is being made, have been confirmed. Legendary Pictures and Warner bros. will once again team up to create the film. Frank Miller will write the script, and Zack Snyder will possibly direct the film. No commitment has been officially made by Snyder, as he is waiting to see the script.
There is no word yet on if the film will be a prequel or a sequel, but seeing as how many of the main characters were killed in the first film, a sequel seems less likely.
Official talk of the film being made began last week from Snyder and the original producing team of "300" at the Saturn Awards.
