Skarsgård will be starring alongside Julianne Moore in "What Maisie Knew". The film is based on the Henry James novella and focuses on a 7 year old girl named Maisie. She is caught in the middle of a custody battle between her parents, an aging female rock star mother and a major art dealer father.
The film is slated for 2012 release.
