It has been reported that Angelina Jolie is in early talks to star in the upcoming Fox remake "Murder on the Orient Express."
The film will be directed by Kenneth Branagh, as well as Branagh starring in the film as Hercule Poirot. Branagh, Ridley Scott, Simon Kinberg and Mark Gordon will be producing.
The remake is an adaptation of Agatha Christie's 1934 novel, which revolves around the story of a murder on the train. The original 1974 film starred Albert Finney, Lauren Bacall, Ingrid Bergman, Jacqueline Bisset, Colin Blakely, Sean Connery, John Gielgud, Anthony Perkins, Vanessa Redgrave and Michael York.
Jolie most recently starred in 2015's "By the Sea", as well as voicing a part in "Kung Fu Panda" earlier this year.
