Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio Developing Killers of the Flower Moon
Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio are teaming up to adapt "Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI". They are hoping to begin filming in the Spring of 2018.

The adaptation will be based on David Grann's bestselling book, which tells thr story of a series of homicides of members of the Osage Nation in Oklahoma after oil was discovered benetah their land.  It was one of the first cases taken on by the newly formed FBI.

Scorsese will also be working alongside production designer Dante Ferretti, who said, "the whole 1920s world of the Indians who lived there needs to be reconstructed".  He added that they will "start preparing this film in September, because Scorsese will shoot it immediately after finishing ‘The Irishman.'"

"The Irishman" is a film about the mob hit-man Frank "The Irishman" Sheeran, who will be played by Robert De Niro.
