USA Network has ordred four new pilots for their lineup - Treadstone, Erase, Briarpatch, and Dare Me.
Treadstone is an hourlong drama about a CIA black ops program called Operation Treadstone. It was created by Tim Kring and is an offshoot of Universal Pictures' Bourne franchise.
Erase will star Dennis Leary, who also created the series with Alex Cary. It will be an hourlong crime thriller series about a dirty ex-cop who decides to bring down other officers when he goes straight.
Briarpatch is based on the Ross Thomas novel about an investigator who goes back to her hometown after the murder of her sister.
And finally, Dare Me is based on the novel by Megan Abbott. It's somewhat of a coming of age story set in a small town and features the tough world of competitive high school cheerleading all the drama surrounding it.
