Designated Survivor Canceled After Two Seasons
ABC has decided to cancel "Designated Survivor" after two seasons. The series, which starred Kiefer Sutherland, will air its series finale on May 16.

The drama followed the story of Tom Kirkman (Sutherland), a cabinet member who finds himself appointed President after an attack on the US Capitol. He is thrown into a life he never chose and must lead the country while also trying to find out who was responsible for the attack.

Aside from Sutherland, the series starred Natasha McElhone, Adan Canto, Italia Ricci, LaMonica Garrett, Tanner Buchanan, Kal Penn, and Maggie Q.
