Ashley Jensen has been cast in Disney's upcoming Lady and the Tramp reboot. The actress has starred in Extras and Sherlock Gnomes. Jensen is said to be playing the role of Scottish Terrier named Jackie, a friend of Lady's.  

The film will be directed by Charlie Bean (The Lego Ninjago Movie) and will be a live-action/CG hybrid film. The original, of course, is a 1955 Disney animated classic. It was also be released exclusively on Disney's streaming service, which is slated to be released late next year.

Andrew Bujalski penned the film with which Brigham Taylor producing.
