According to reports, Awkwafina is reportedly in talks to join the upcoming "Jumanji" sequel. The actress has most recently starred in "Crazy Rich Asians" and "Ocean's 8".
The sequel will also see the return of Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan.
"Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" was a big box office draw, earning $962 million worldwide. It was preceded by the original film, "Jumanji" in 1995 which starred Robin Williams.
We can see Awkwafina next in "The Farewell" and "Paradise Hills", both Sundance films.
