Disney seems to be encountering some project issues since its recent acquisition of Fox. It's being said that the studio is said to be concerned with some of the films and how they will be accepted, particularly "Jojo Rabbit."
Taika Waititi's World War II satire/drama features director Waititi as playing an imaginary version of Hilter, and is said to have made a Disney executive voice their concern about alienating Disney's audience. It is also being billed as an "anti-hate satire".
While there's nothing to be done about the film's release, there will most likely be an urge to steer clear of these types of films in the future.
"Jojo Rabbit" will be released on October 18.
