Netflix will be releasing a follow-up to the "Tiger King" docuseries. The series will be part of a new true-crime group of docuseries from the streamer.
There's no word on what the plotline would be for the series.
The first season, which was directed by Eric Goode and Rebecca Chaiklin, featured Joe Exotic (aka Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage), who owned the G.W. Exotic Animal Park in Oklahoma. He is currently in prison for committing crimes against animals, as well as being involved in a plot to kill fellow tiger lover Carole Baskin.
Goode and Chaiklin will return to direct and executive produce the series.
Other true crime projects from Netflix will include "The Puppet Master: Hunting the Ultimate Conman", "The Tinder Swindler", "Trust No One: The Hunt for the Crypto King", and "Bad Vegan".
