After much speculation, it looks like Paramount and Skydance's "Top Gun: Maverick" will be making an appearance at this year's Cannes Film Festival.
The film will still have its world premiere in San Diego, then will be shown at the festival, which runs from May 17-28.
"Top Gun: Maverick" will hit theatres on May 27.
