Nicki Aycox, who starred in the CW series "Supernatural", has died. She was 47.
While no cause of death was disclosed, it was announced by Aycox in 2021 that she was diagnosed with leukemia.
"My beautiful, smart, fierce, incredibly talented, and loving sister-in-law, Nicki Aycox Raab, passed away yesterday with my brother, Matt Raab, by her side. Nicki and Matt had a wonderful life together in California. She was definitely a fighter and everyone who knew her loved her," said her sister-in-law Susan Raab Ceklosky. She made the Facebook post on November 17.
Eric Kripke, "Supernatural" show creator, tweeted about the news, saying, "Gutted to hear the great #NickiAycox, our first #MegMasters, passed away. Too young. She was a delight & delivered lines like honey & venom. I marvel at how she made a simple word like ‘lackluster' legendary."
The actress also has recurring roles in other series including Cold Case, Providence, Over There, ED, and Dark Blue.
