Popcorn Frights is celebrating its 10th anniversary in style! We've just added over 20 new feature films and special events to our schedule. In honor of this milestone, we're thrilled to introduce the Golden Skull Award, which celebrates a master of horror who has left a lasting mark on the genre and our darkest dreams. This year's inaugural recipient is the legendary Tony Todd, who will receive the award at a special screening of Candyman during the Festival.

To mark our 10th anniversary, we're proud to present the Golden Skull Award to Tony Todd, an iconic figure in horror cinema. Known for his unforgettable role in Candyman, Todd will receive this honor at a special screening of the film. This event is a must-see for horror fans, offering a chance to watch the classic on the big screen and celebrate the career of a true master of horror.
The Candyman special screening will take place on Friday, August 16, at Savor Cinema. This is a ticketed event, so make sure to secure your tickets if you dare. VIP All-Access Badge holders can attend for free, along with all other Festival events and screenings. Don't miss this chilling opportunity!
Up All Night with Freddy: A Night of Nightmares
Think you're safe to sleep? Think again. Popcorn Frights' grand finale is the Up All Night with Freddy marathon, a one-night-only event made possible by FlickDirect. The marathon kicks off with the 40th-anniversary presentation of Wes Craven's A Nightmare on Elm Street and features all seven Elm Street films. The night concludes with the Florida Premiere of Mahakaal, a Bollywood horror musical inspired by Elm Street, complete with its own dream-stalker wielding a razor-clawed glove.
