Daylight Synopsis
Prepare yourself for an exhilarating and suspenseful cinematic experience! Sylvester Stallone stars in Daylight, where he portrays Kit Latura, a former Emergency Medical Services chief haunted by a tragic past. Latura finds himself thrust into a perilous mission to lead a group of stranded commuters out of a collapsed tunnel 100 feet below the Hudson River. As the situation escalates, an explosion seals off a commuter tunnel, trapping the survivors in a deadly game of survival.
Amidst toxic fumes, raging fires, and the looming threat of tunnel collapse, Latura must rely on his expertise and courage to guide the survivors to safety. With each passing moment, the tunnel narrows, and water begins to seep in, intensifying the urgency of the situation. As the walls cave in and the tunnel fills with water, Latura risks his own life to save others, determined to prevent the disaster from spiraling out of control.
Daylight boasts an impressive cast including Amy Brenneman, Viggo Mortensen, Dan Hedaya, and Jay O. Sanders, each bringing their own talents to the table. Director Rob Cohen, known for his work on The Fast and the Furious, masterfully crafts a thrilling adventure that keeps viewers on the edge of their seats from beginning to end.
