Jim Henson's Dark Crystal To Get Sequel?

Good news for all the Jim Henson fans out there. The sequel for the "Dark Crystal" movie will be released in Spring 2008, possibly even at the Cannes Film Festival in May of 2008. Rumors previously stated that the film would not be coming to fruition, however a posting on the Muppet Forums has stated otherwise.

The head of publicity for the Jim Henson Company said that the goal is to have post production done by the end of this year, and that physical production "should be gearing up real soon".
