Aaron Eckhart Lands I, Frankenstein Role
Aaron Eckhart, who played Harvey Dent in "Batman", has signed on to play the lead in "I, Frankenstein". The film is being released by Lakeshore Entertainment, Hopscotch Features and Lionsgate.

Eckhart will be portraying Adam, a Frankenstein creature who manages to survive due to a genetic quirk in his creation. He makes his way to a dark metropolis and gets caught up in a centuries old war between two immortal clans.

The film will be directed by Stuart Beattie, and is based off of the graphic novel by Kevin Grevioux. "Mary Shelley's story is about the creation of the first human being. This is the story about that being becoming human", said Beattie.

The film is scheduled for a February 22, 2013 release date.
