Avengers to Be Released in 3D

Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures has announced that they will be releasing their upcoming film, "The Avengers" in 3D as well as 2D.

The Joss Whedon directed film will star Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner and Samuel L. Jackson.

"The Avengers" will be released May 4, 2012.
