Guy Pearce, who will be seen in the upcoming film, "Prometheus", is currently in talks to star in "Iron Man 3". He will be playing geneticist Aldrich Killian.
Killian's character, in the books, is the co-creator of the Extremis Technology that Iron Man adopts.
The film is scheduled to begin production in May, with a May 3, 2013 release date.
