ALF Making a Big Screen Comeback
Sony Pictures has acquired the rights to "ALF", the 1980s sitcom.  It is said that they plan on releasing a feature similar to "Smurfs" with both live action and CG elements.

"ALF" followed the adventures of a family who took in a furry, smart mouthed alien from Melmac.

The film will be produced by Jordan Kerner, Tom Patchett and Paul Fusco. Fusco was the voice for ALF and is expected to return to reprise his role.
