Knight Rider Digital Series in the Works
Knight Rider will be heading back into the entertainment world with a new digital series reboot. Knight rider and his car, KITT, were originally introduced to us in 1982 with a TV series, starring David Hasselhoff.

Producer/Director Justin Lin, has signed on for the project with Digital network Machinima. Machinima CEO Chad Gutstein said, "‘Knight Rider' is an iconic franchise whose concepts of AI and autonomous vehicles were science-fiction in the 1980s and are now science fact. Justin is one of the leading storytellers of his generation and we couldn't be more excited to work with him on reinvigorating ‘Knight Rider' for a new generation of fans."

NBC had released a short lived Knight Rider series for one season back in 2008, which starred Justin Bruening as Michael Knight and Val Kilmer as KITT.

This new reboot is looking for a potential 2017 launch.
